Fairfield Area High School is a small, rural, public high school located in the borough of Fairfield, Pennsylvania. Fairfield Area High School serves students from most of southwestern Adams County. According to the National Center for Education Statistics, in 2011, the school reported an enrollment of 400 pupils in grades 9th through 12th. Twelve percent of pupils eligible for a federal free or reduced price lunch due to the family meeting the federal poverty level. In 2011, Fairfield Area High School had 15 students for every full-time equivalent teacher.
